Audrey Tautou

Audrey Tautou was born in Beaumont in France's Puy-de-Domme on August 9 1976 the youngest child of four. Audrey's parents as a dentist and a teacher, recognized and encouraged their daughter's love for drama and theater at a young stage. The support they provided was more than enough to combat her goal of becoming a the first primatologist. The early success of her career and the rapid increase in recognition was a sign of her development as an actor. When she finished her education, she participated in the French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers which was sponsored by Canal+. She won the Most Outstanding Young Actress award at Beziers Festival of Young Actors in the year 2000. She then began a career as an actress. Tautou was raised in an Catholic family and attended her church even though she was a student at school at the Institut Catholique de Paris. Alongside her acting career, Tautou pursued modelling and was the spokesperson of L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Recently, at the Arles Arts Festival, she displayed an array of photos under the heading Superficial. The work she produces is focused on fame as well as the fame. It also features a series self-portraits and a special focus on journalists who have scrutinised Tautou since her meteoric popularity after Amelie. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and international fame with her debut role as a lead character in Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie was a box office success and received acclaim at awards galas across the world. Amelie was the highest-rated French-language film in the US. The film's success led to a huge increase in production. Tautou was later cast in a variety of films, such as British dramas such as Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things and Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Un long dimanche de fiancailles. Tautou also appeared alongside Tom Hanks in Ron Howard's The Da Vinci Code directed by Dan Brown.
